OSHA for Temp Agencies

Temp agencies are jointly responsible, along with host employers, to provide OSHA training and ensure safe and healthy working conditions. Temp workers must be made aware of their rights and the risks when working in a dental office.

As a temp agency your responsibilities include providing training so that your staff is aware of the OSHA standards that apply to them, the risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens and their rights to a safe and healthy working environment.

You can find more information on your responsibilities at the US Government Federal OSHA website:

Protecting Temporary Workers | Occupational Safety and Health Administration (osha.gov)

For a small monthly fee, your temp workers can have access to live OSHA Standards and Infection Control live webinars every month. You will be OSHA compliant and every participant will have access to a live OSHA online instructor to answer questions and 2 live CE credits from an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.
