OSHA Standards and Infection Control 2 CE

Cost $350 for up to about 15 people 

OSHA is overseen by the Department of Labor and pertains to employee safety.  This course focuses on the required OSHA Standards but also covers infection control recommendations by the CDC 

 Course covers bloodborne pathogens, PPE, Hazard Communication, Exposure incidents, other OSHA standards pertaining to dentistry and including Covid 19.
Objectives:  

Review Principles of Infection Control
Know what the Bloodborne Pathogens Standard is and what it covers. 

Understand what OSHA is and how it protects employees
Know where to go to find answers to your OSHA questions

HIPAA 1 CE

COST $250 for up to 15 people (or so)

 This is a summary of key elements of the Privacy Rule and the Security Rule
Objectives:
Review who is covered and what information is protected  

Know the 18 bio-identifiers. 

Learn how to handle a subpoena 

Understand Social Media and Hipaa
