through meditation, deep breathing and stretching that will oxygenate and connect your
mind body and soul for optimal ergonomic health.

DESCRIPTION:
This is an interactive exploratory course to taste, learn and reveal healthier food options
and how they maximize mental clarity, increase energy and promote optimal
musculoskeletal health.

Refunds
Refunds are available until 3/1/23. All refunds are subject to fees. After 3/1 refunds are not available but registration is transferable. If the seminar gets rescheduled due to Covid restrictions or other forces of nature you can attend the rescheduled event or take a partial credit towards future seminars for up to one year.
