Christopher Carey

I have a MS in kinesiology from IUPUI where I concentrated in motor skills, exercise physiology, and

pain mechanisms. I also a have BS in social psychology from Indiana University Bloomington where I

focused on sports and abnormal psychology. I currently work at an IUPUI lab conducting concussion

and pain research for over 3 years. I have over 4 years of experience as a personal trainer/fitness

instructor at various fitness facilities and experience as a physical therapy technician at St. Vincent


Nicole Montiel

Nicole is a Bilingual dental hygienist with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated from IU School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana with an AS in Dental Hygiene in 2007.

Martha Richards

A professional ballet dancer from the age of 15, Martha is certified in BASI Pilates, TRX suspension system, and PiYo Live.

Kasey Rundle

 Kasey Rundle, LDH is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. She trains her clients in a personal training studio called Studio Fit’nez located in Fishers, Indiana. She received her personal training certification in December 2010. Kasey attended Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) and received her Dental Hygiene Degree in 2002. She worked full time as a dental hygienist in a private practice until 2012. As she was able to grow her personal training business, she worked fewer days in the dental office. She currently practices as a hygiene sub where her services are needed. 

Erica Weddle

With 2+ years experience, Erica is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and earned her Yoga Instructor Certification through National Exercise Trainers Association. She is the owner of Simply Fitness Studio in Nashville, IN.

Melissa Masters

Melissa started her career in EMS for 10 years as a paramedic and a firefighter before graduating from IUSD with an AS in Dental hygiene. In 2012 she earned her BS, and in 2015 she started Dental CE Indiana. That led to earning her ADA CERP National Recognition in 2017, and launching Dental CE Masters.

RaeAnn Nethercutt

RaeAnn graduated in 2006 with an AS in Dental Hygiene. She has three years experience teaching Ethics, OSHA, Infection Control. 

Angel Wells

Angel is a partner and Chief Executive Officer of Toccoa Security and Consulting. Angel started her career nearly 20 years ago, in various health care settings. She then focused on public health and safety. She then moved into healthcare with a degree in dental hygiene and public health. Angel has been training as a self-defense/personal security instructor for the last 4 years. Angel is a mother of 3 boys and understands the importance of safety and security not only for healthcare and individuals, but families as well.

Angel is sought out by clients to speak and teach in the areas of self-defense and corporate security concerns. In addition, Angel provides consulting services for client companies in the area of sales and marketing. As an avid student of firearms and shooting, Angel is a strong advocate for women in shooting sports and in addition is a talented archer. Angel is a true believer in self-worth. She believes in those that don’t believe in themselves. Angel combines her experiences to assist in leading Toccoa Security and Consulting in providing a wide array of services in business, security, consulting, and training in person and electronically via training modules; in the areas of self-defense, firearms, active shooter preparedness, and executive asset protection. Angel has also played a vital role to help present the Digital Trigger to the world through her leadership with Digital Trigger

Susan Cotten

Having worked 24 years in private practice, Susan Cotten, RDH, BSDH, OMT, is

passionate about oral health care and particularly oral cancer screening. Along with her current

position as integrative dental hygienist in a public health care setting, she serves as regional

coordinator for The Oral Cancer Foundation (OCF) and is past recipient of the OCF Volunteer of

the Year.

Susan has served as the Oral Cancer Screening Coordinator for Colorado Mission of Mercy in

2017 and 2018 and founded M.A.D. for Healthy Smiles as part of the Donny Osmond Make a

Difference program. She’s organized countless free screening and awareness events and is a

frequent guest speaker on the subject at schools, offices, professional meetings, and a local

radio talk show.

This year she was selected as a recipient of the Sunstar/RDH Award of Distinction. Susan is an

active member of American Dental Hygienists’ Association, with the Colorado Dental Hygienists’

Association, and was also selected to serve as Colgate Oral Health Advisory Board member in


A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, Susan has additionally

completed coursework in myofunctional therapy at the Coulson Institute.
